Getting started
I just installed the extension. What now?
Pin Spottable in your toolbar, open a Facebook Marketplace listing, tap the extension icon, then log in with your Spottable account. Your first successful login from Chrome unlocks 3 free AI credits immediately.
Why can't I find the extension icon?
It's probably not pinned. Click the puzzle-piece Extensions icon in Chrome, find Spottable, and click the pin icon. You may need to refresh Marketplace after pinning.
How do I know if I'm in the right Chrome profile?
Install and log in from the same Chrome profile you use to browse Marketplace. Multi-profile setups can make login state and page access look inconsistent — if you see "Not logged in" unexpectedly, check your active profile.
Troubleshooting
I installed it but I still can't see scores on Marketplace.
Try a hard refresh on the listing (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+R), then click refresh inside the extension panel. If it still fails, open a different listing, check that extension access is allowed on facebook.com, and try disabling then re-enabling Spottable at chrome://extensions.
I keep seeing "Not logged in" after entering credentials.
Sign in again from the extension panel, then check that any third-party cookie blockers or anti-tracking extensions aren't interfering with the auth popup. Turning tracking protection off just for the extension sign-in usually fixes it.
Can't pin the extension or the install button is missing.
Make sure you're on an up-to-date Chrome version and accessing Marketplace directly in Chrome (not an embedded web view). If the button is still missing, remove and reinstall from the store in the same profile.
The extension worked before, then stopped.
Update to the latest Chrome version, reopen the popup, and sign in again. If that doesn't work, remove the extension and reinstall it — then sign back in with the same account to restore your credits and history.

How do I log in after installing?
Open any Marketplace listing, click the Spottable icon, and choose "Log in". First login from Chrome unlocks extension usage tied to your account and applies your existing plan.
How do I check my AI credits?
Open the extension panel — your remaining credits are shown at the top. For full usage history, visit your Dashboard.
How do I buy more credits?
Tap "Buy credits" from the extension popup or your Dashboard, choose your pack, and complete checkout. Packs come in 25, 50, and 100 credits.
Do my credits work on both Chrome and iOS?
Yes. Credits are tied to your Spottable account, not a device. Any credits purchased in Chrome also work in iOS.
