Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Spottable application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Spottable is a marketplace deal-finding application that helps users discover listings on Facebook Marketplace. We provide AI-powered deal scoring, saved searches, and notifications.
Important: Spottable is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. We aggregate publicly available information to help you find deals.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
- One person may not maintain more than one account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems or bots to access the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use the service to spam or harass sellers or other users
Subscription Services
Free Tier
Basic features are available at no cost, including limited saved searches and deal notifications.
Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy or completeness of marketplace listings
- That all deals identified are actually good deals
- The availability or reliability of the service
- That the service will meet your specific requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spottable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
We are not responsible for any transactions or disputes between you and sellers on Facebook Marketplace. All purchases are made at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spottable and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
